Gerry’s cliffside excavation conquest
An excavation is one of the most critical steps in any swimming pool construction. The more hilly, steep, or rocky your terrain is, the more difficult this step will be. Blue Haven is lucky enough to have Gerry, an experienced excavator who works with precision and sticks to the local pool-building regulations, on its team. The excavation phase’s success guarantees the pool structure’s stability and solidity. Garry’s excavation strategy starts by knowing the land composition to find the safest and most effective starting point to dig and avoid landslides. High-tech machinery and precise craftsmanship are needed to conduct the excavation.
Plumbing perfection with Patrick
A perfect plumber guarantees a functional swimming pool by getting water in it and ensuring it remains clean and safe. Plumbing work can become a real challenge in a land like Blue Haven had to deal with at St Albans. Patrick, an expert and experienced plumber, was tasked with installing the plumber for the pool. He had to consider factors like stormwater location and sewage systems. He put his expertise into dealing with gas heaters and other details that arrived with this unique project at St Alban.

Anthony’s expertise has managed to find solutions by pre-planning all operations and conducting a meticulous electrical setup. Anthony was here to adapt and solve problems, a necessary quality in a terrain as unpredictable as St Albans.
Designing with Richie
Unique projects like the one Blue Haven built start with people able to dream big and beyond their limitations. The St Albans project starts with Richie, this marvellous pool’s general manager and designer. Richie has over 38 years of construction experience, which gave him enough trust and confidence to lead this project at its term. He has enough contact in the construction domain and a tonne of knowledge and ideas to structure and design a concrete project here in St Albans. He employed a 3 stage pyramid approach to meet the challenge given by the site’s elevation and location: complexity, stability and budget.
Like all professional manners, he succeeds in getting all members of his teams to work in harmony since he knows it is crucial to have the best result. He kept his eyes on the practical aspects and the design process and successfully built a stunning and functioning pool on the St Albans site.
